To ensure that your package is properly delivered please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment / unit / suite numbers is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
FREE SHIPPING OFFER
Free shipping is now available for domestic orders over $75. Free shipping will only apply if your subtotal is over the minimum amount after any promotional code has been used.

All packages are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm PST, with the exception of national holidays where carriers do not pick up packages.
All shipments are packed in our personalized signature packaging. All Shoes are not shipped with boxes, however, you may request shoe boxes within the orders notes while on the “cart page”. You may also request a signature upon delivery for your order by calling (562)222-1403 or (562)222-1703 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org upon placing your order.
Orders are fulfilled following verification and credit authorization.
Please make sure your billing information is input correctly at the time of checkout. In the event that your billing information is input incorrectly, your order may be delayed if additional information is needed.
If you fail to receive an order update due to MANUAL VERIFICATION requirement, please feel free to contact our Customer Service Department with your Miss Lola(ML) ID number and a representative will be able to further assist you.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to potential fraud.
All orders being placed with NEXT DAY SHIPPING, TWO DAY SHIPPING or THREE DAY SHIPPING must be placed before 2:00 P.M. PST in order to receive your package within the corrective time frame.
Standard ground shipping orders placed before 3:00 P.M. PST will be shipped out the same day.
We do not offer shipping or delivery on weekends or holidays.
Should you place your order after hours, on a weekend or holiday, your order will be processed and shipped the following business day.
Transit time begins after the ship-off date.
Free shipping on all domestic orders that exceed $75 after any promotional code and before shipping cost and taxes. If your order does not qualify for free shipping, we offer our $7.00 flat rate ground shipping (offer excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and APO/FPO addresses). Transit time for Ground Shipping may vary 1 - 7 business days. Transit time for Free Shipping may vary 7 - 15 business day.
All domestic packages are shipped with UPS, USPS or OnTrac.
Shipping cost and options will be calculated in our checkout page after the billing and shipping address have been input. The carrier used for our international free shipping option is automatically selected by our system upon fulfilling your order, transit time can vary with this selection.
Post Priority Mail - Transit time varies 15 - 30 business days. For this shipping option your order is shipped with the United States Postal Service. Once your package reaches your country, it will be transferred to your local mail carrier who will then fulfill your delivery.
DHL Express can take anywhere from 3 to 5 Business days.
Please Note: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the sole responsibility of the customer. PO BOXES and APO/FPO or U.S. TERRITORIES
We accept orders being shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories. Orders to these addresses will always ship via USPS Priority Mail service. If you are experiencing any difficulties, please feel free to contact email@example.com
TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE
We provide tracking information on all orders. Transit time begins the following business day from the date your order has been shipped. You will be able to track your package the entire way with the shipment confirmation that is provided. We work with several carriers to ensure all packages are able to be delivered in a timely manner. If you experience any issues with the carrier that will be delivering your package, please feel free to contact the carrier directly. For further assistance in regards to which carrier is delivering your package, please reference your confirmation shipping email.
We will not be held responsible for orders that show “DELIVERED”.
Should your delivery status be updated to delivered and you have yet to receive your order, you may be entitled to some form of compensation, however, a claim will need to be submitted with the carrier to assist you with resolving your dispute. Please note you must contact MISS LOLA within 7 days from delivery date to be eligible for a claim.
Signature may be required at the time of delivery for applicable orders. As always, our Customer Service team is available for additional assistance via email/telephone during business hours.
Please make the necessary arrangements to be present at the time of delivery. A return shipment fee will be applied if your package is returned to our facility by our provider under the same label for any reason (return cost may vary on international shipments).
