Return & Exchanges

CLOTHING AND ACCESSORIES

In order to be eligible for a return or an exchange on Clothing and/or Accessories, all original tags must be attached in its original placement as well as the item must be returned with its original plastic packaging. Any item sent to our facility with stains (makeup, deodorant, etc.) or damaged will not be accepted for a return, exchange or store credit and a re-shipping fee will be applied. For hygiene reasons, all of the following items, but not limited to, are final sale items: bodysuits, swimsuits, bralettes, earrings, face-masks and sunglasses.


FINAL SALE ITEMS

All items purchased with code SALE50 are FINAL SALE items. Selected promotions/sales sent via email or promoted via social media or displayed on website banners will indicate if the promotion/sale is final sale. Miss Lola reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion/sale at any time without notice. Orders that exceed our returns and exchange time frame are also final sale. Any final sale item received for a return or exchange will not be honored and a re-shipping fee will be applied. A store credit with a 15% restocking fee may only be honored. No exceptions.

 

EXCHANGES

We offer two exchange options, the Regular Exchange and the Reserve Exchange. With certain styles and sizes selling out quickly, you can "Reserve" your desired item(s). Please contact our Customer Service Department for more information or to make a reserve order. To exchange your order regularly simply fill out the form that comes along with your package and return your order back to us. Once your package is received your exchange is fulfilled and an email is sent to you containing the details for your exchange. If your desired item is not available when your package is processed an email is sent to you confirming your options. All exchanges are shipped back to our customers with free standard ground shipping with the carriers UPS or USPS. Please note, the exchange option is only available for domestic orders only. International, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and APO/FPO orders are not eligible for this option. All exchanges are Final Sale. 


REFUNDS

Please note, refunds are issued for the item cost excluding any shipping expense and they are processed back to the original form(s) of payment used for the order. Cash refunds are not offered, no exceptions. Once we have received your return, the items eligible for a refund will be credited back within 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email from our accounting system after your refund is processed on our end. If your return order exceeds $500, there will be a 15% restocking fee applied to your return sum. AfterPay refunds are issued once returning item(s) are received. Unfortunately Miss Lola would be unable to put a pause on your AfterPay payments while your order is being returned. Gift Certificate codes are non-refundable. Gift Certificate credits are reloaded onto the code used for the returning order.


STORE CREDIT

Upon receiving your return an email is sent to you to the email address on the order containing your credit details. Store credits never expire and they can be used through our website at your earliest convenience if it has been issued in the form of a gift certificate code. If you believe you have a code or a pending credit that you would like more information for please contact our Customer Service team for further assistance. Store credits can be combined with any active sale or promotional code. Sale and promotional codes may not be combined.


Return & Exchanges, 

Here's how it works:

Complete the form that was included in your package. Please make sure to input your ML ID Order Number correctly. Pack and secure your items in the original packaging along with your filled-out return form. Ship the items to the return address using your preferred shipping provider, return labels are not provided(Miss Lola does not pay for the cost of return shipping.)

Refunds, Store Credits and Exchanges are not fulfilled until your returning order has been received and processed through our returns department. All eligible items must be returned or exchanged unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused within 90 days of receiving your items. It can take 24 - 72 business hours upon delivery for your order to be processed through our returns and exchange department, excluding the weekend. If in the event of not being able to locate your return update in your inbox we do recommend you confirm with your junk/spam folder. Please contact our Customer Service Department at your earliest convenience if you are unable to locate your return update.
