Return & Exchanges
We are happy to provide refunds of eligible Shoes, Clothing and/or Accessories ("item(s)”) for Store Credit in the amount of the original sale price, minus any shipping expense, within 45 days of delivery date. A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to any return for Store Credit exceeding $300.
ELIGIBILE RETURN ITEM(S)
In order to be eligible for return for Store Credit or Exchange, all returned item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached in their original position along with their original plastic packaging.
Please note that any item(s) that has been worn and stained (such as by makeup, deodorant, etc.) or otherwise damaged after delivery will not be accepted for a return for Store Credit or otherwise and will be subject to a re-shipping fee if applicable.
In the event that item(s) delivered from an online order were received damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact our Customer Service Center within 7 days of delivery in order to receive a full refund to your original payment method or to receive a replacement item. All other refunds will be made as Store Credit.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
No refunds / store credit will be issued for any “FINAL SALE ITEM” received, and you will be charged with a re-shipping fee. The following item(s) are Final Sale items:
- All items purchased that are marked “FINAL SALE ITEM” within the product page;
- For hygiene reasons: bodysuits, swimsuits, bralettes, earrings, face-masks and sunglasses;
- Any item(s) subject to an additional markdown price; and
- Orders returned beyond our return time frame.
In addition, selected promotions/sales sent via email or promoted via social media or displayed on website banners will indicate if the promotion/sale is final sale. Miss Lola reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion/sale at any time without notice.
HOW TO RETURN AN ONLINE ORDER

Make sure to input your ML ID Order Number correctly. Pack and secure your items in the original packaging along with your filled-out return form. Using your preferred shipping provider, send the packed item(s) and filled-out return form to:

Miss Lola does not provide return labels. You are responsible for paying for the cost of return shipping, and such cost will not be refunded to you in any manner.
Store Credits will not be fulfilled until your return order has been received and processed through our returns department. Upon receipt of your return, Miss Lola will send an email containing your Store Credit details to the email address associated with your ML ID Order. If you are unable to locate any return update from Miss Lola in your inbox, we recommend you check your junk/spam folder for updates there. Please contact our Customer Service Department at your earliest convenience if you are unable to locate your return update. Store Credits never expire and can be used throughout the Miss Lola website and can be combined with any active sale or promotional code. Do note that sale and promotional codes may not be combined.
Miss Lola is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
If you would like to make an on-site return for Store Credit or Exchange of eligible items purchased in-store, please contact our Pickup Department at (323) 868-4542 or visit our local pick-up page for more guidelines. Note that you will be required to present your receipt as proof of purchase.
To help quickly process your online purchase return, we will not be able to accept eligible item(s) for Store Credit at our in-store Pico Rivera location.
If you would like a refund in the form of Store Credit for an online order, please ship your item(s) to our returns department, per the instructions above.
