GENERAL QUESTIONS:

Q: I’ve been calling and there’s no answer. How can I get a hold of you?
A: Our Miss Lola Customer Care Department is open Monday – 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST. Our Miss Lola retail locations are open 7 days a week 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM PST. You can also contact us at Info@Misslola.com (Please allow 24 hours for a response). We can also be reached via telephone at (562) 222-1616 and/or (562) 222-1403.

 

Q: I have a promo code, how do I use it?

A: Our Lola Babe’s must input all promo codes at the time of checkout. Our systems WILL NOT allow us to manually adjust any costs on orders that have already been placed. We CANNOT apply any promo codes to prior purchases.

 

Q: What should I do if I have a Miss Lola emergency?

A: If you’ve placed your order online and are currently experiencing a Miss Lola emergency, please contact us via info@Misslola.com. Please provide your order number and explain your problem in detail. If your fashion emergency pertains to one of our retail stores, please reference the phone number or location to speak with a manager right away. The phone number and location of the store is located on your receipt.

 

Q: How do Miss Lola shoes run?

A: Our sizes are based as US sizes. All shoes are given a size suggestion at the bottom of every shoe description. Please keep in mind that this is only a suggestion, we understand that everyone’s foot size is different & your selection will be made upon personal preference. You know your foot best!

 

Q: What is my ML Order Number & Where can I find it?

A: You are given a unique order number to identify your purchase made with us. Your ML Order Number is located in all emails (or text message if you have selected the text option) that you have received from our company, including your order confirmation. Please have your ML Order Number upon contacting us.

 

Q: What are Miss Lola’s forms of payment?

A: We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal and Google Pay - choose the option you would like to use at checkout.

 

Q: Can I place an order over the phone with a ML representative?

A: We ask that all customers place their orders online at Misslola.com to ensure that there are no miscommunications during the ordering process. However, if you are having trouble, please give us a call - we’d be happy to help.

 

Q: I want to make a large purchase. Does Miss Lola offer wholesale?

A: Unfortunately, we do not at the moment.

 

Q: Will Miss Lola ever offer wholesale?

A: We are working on it! Please check back soon.

 

Q: I NEED this item you have, but Miss Lola is sold out. When will you restock?

A: As much as we would love to provide you with an exact date for a restock, unfortunately, we cannot! But, Miss Lola uploads new styles daily! Make sure to sign up for our new “EMAIL ME WHEN AVAILABLE” option. You will be notified once we restock that specific item.

 

Q: How do I sign up for your mailing list and what are the special benefits?

A: Signing up for our mailing list is totally easy! Scroll down to the section that states, “DON’T MISS OUT ON THE FUN. JOIN THE MAILING LIST!” Enter your email address in this section and hit the “SIGN ME UP” button. You’ll benefit from always being in-the-know and officially become a ML Babe. You will also receive EXCLUSIVE sales, promo codes, and restocked alerts! A total dream come true - Promise!

 

Q: Does Miss Lola ship original shoe boxes?

A: You will receive each shoe wrapped in our signature wrapping.

Q: Why can’t I add this item to my shopping cart?

A: Chances are we’re sold out at the moment! However, we restock often, so please check back soon! In the event that we do not receive that exact style again, we might soon receive something similar!

 

 

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE:

 

Q: I have a tracking number, what do I do with it?

A: You are able to visit the website of the carrier your package was shipped with and track your package with the tracking number provided.

 

Q: I need my order FAST! Does Miss Lola offer expedited shipping?

A: We offer expedited shipping on all domestic orders. All Next Day, 2-day & 3-day pricing will be calculated at checkout (Please keep in mind that shipping dates are counted as days in transit).

 

Q: When will my order ship?

A: All orders that are placed by 3 PM PST are shipped the very same day! If you place your order after the cut off time, your order will be processed and shipped the following business day.

 

Q: I selected FREE SHIPPING, how long until I receive my package?

A: All orders that are shipped with FREE SHIPPING will be delivered within 1 – 6 business days.

(FREE SHIPPING IS ONLY APPLICABLE TO ALL 48 CONTIGUOUS STATES.)

 

RETURNS / EXCHANGES/ REFUNDS / STORE CREDIT:

 

Q: Does Miss Lola provide return labels?

A: As stated in our Return Policy, the cost of shipping your item(s) back is at your own cost.

Q: I just received my package and I need to return/exchange, how do I do so?

A: All packages come with a special return form that explains in detail how to make all returns and exchanges. (Please keep in mind that all returns/exchanges must be done within 15 days. All exchanges and sale items are final. NO EXCEPTIONS)

 

Q: My return tracking number states that Miss Lola received my package at your facility, why haven’t I been contacted?

A: It usually takes about 3- 5 business days to process your returned package, so please bear with us. Please reference INFO@MISSLOLA.COM in your emails for the return receipt, and don’t forget to check your spam/junk mail.

 

Q: I have a store-credit how do I use it?

A: Store credit is issued in a code format. If you have a store credit and have not been emailed with your store credit code, please contact info@misslola.com
