IS MISSLOLA.COM STILL OPEN TO SHOP ONLINE?
Yes, MISS LOLA is open 24/7 and will be adding
new arrivals daily!
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
To be eligible for a full refund cancellation, all cancellation requests must be submitted within 30 minutes of placing your order.
Cancellation requests received after 30 minutes, will only be eligible for a store credit if order is unfulfilled.
All fulfilled orders will no longer be eligible for a cancellation.

IS THERE A DELAY IN SHIPPING?
Our warehouse team is currently limited to keep the work
place a safe space, but we are doing our best to get your
orders to you in a timely manner. If we are unable to ship, we’ll
update you via email and all orders and items on orders
will be held until we’re able to ship them to you.
CAN I STILL RETURN ITEMS?
Yes, all eligible items must be returned within 45 days for Store Credit OR EXCHANGE of the delivery date.
All eligible items must be returned within 10 business days of the delivery date for a refund.
Return packages for store credit, exchange, or refund must be postmarked and in transit back to our facility within the given timeframe of each category.
IS CUSTOMER SERVICE AVAILABLE?
Our operating hours are Monday - Friday from 7:30 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. PST
We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.
ARE YOUR RETAIL LOCATIONS OPEN?
Our retail location is now open
Monday - Wednesday from 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Thursday - Saturday from 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
