RETURNS & EXCHANGES
As an online company, we strive to provide a return and exchange service that’s virtually hassle-free!
All eligible items must be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receiving your item(s).
Here’s how it works:

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
1. Complete the form on the reverse side. Please make sure to input your ML ID Order Number correctly.
2. Pack and secure your items in the original packaging along with this form.
3. Purchase a shipping label from a carrier of your choice (the cost of the return is your responsibility).
4. Ship the items(s) off to the address provided, and you’re all set.

RETURNS BY MAIL:
Simply fill out the form on the reverse side of this card and ship the item(s) back to us. Once we have received your returned package the item(s) that are eligible for a refund will be credited back to the original form of payment within 5 business days.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES IN-PERSON:
If you would like to make an on-site return or exchange, then please visit our warehouse during regular business hours with the eligible item(s). For more information, please contact ML Customer Care: (562) 222-1616.

RESERVED EXCHANGE:
With certain styles and sizes selling out quickly, you can “reserve” your exchange by first purchasing the item you want, prior to shipping the original item(s) back to us. The Item(s) eligible for exchange will be refunded to the original form of payment once the original package is received. Please contact Customer Care: (562) 222-1616 for more information, or to make a Reserved Exchange.

All Reserved Exchanges will be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority mail, free of charge.
Orders will be shipped out same-day if placed Monday - Friday before 3:00 p.m. (PST).

DOMESTIC EXCHANGES:
Please state which item(s) you would like to exchange by using the form on the backside of this card. Place this card in a box with the original item(s), then ship that box back to us. This applies to the 48 contiguous states only.

*Items eligible for return or exchange must be new, unworn, and unwashed. Items must be returned or exchanged in the original packaging, and all item(s) tags must be attached. Eligible returns or exchanges will be issued a refund for its purchase price only; all associated shipping costs are non-refundable. All sale items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. FINAL SALE on all bodysuits, swimwear, and bralettes. All exchange options are not available for international customers.
