Local Pick Up Information

NEED IT IN A HURRY? We got you covered! Starting September 26th, 2018 we will be expanding our In-Store Pickup options with two Downtown Los Angeles Pickup locations. The only exception will be for customers who place their order via PayPal with an E-Check. E-Check payments MUST CLEAR prior to your order being released. 


Pico Rivera Pick Up Guidelines

All orders are available for pick up within five minutes of placing your order.

Once you have placed your order, you have 15 days to pick up your order at our facility. If your order is not picked up within 15 days your item will be restocked, and you will only be eligible for a store credit (no exceptions).

Our facility is now open 6 days a week. Our Pick-Up hours are as follows:

Monday – Saturday from 9:30am – 6:00pm

Sunday – Closed

To make your Pick-Up experience fast and convenient, we offer the option to be able to schedule your pick-up date and time during our business hours. Please note, at this moment we are serving solely as a pick up/returns and exchange facility. Fitting rooms are currently under construction and will be available in the near future.


DTLA Fashion District Stores Guidelines

Pick-up Hours:

7 Days A Week

11am to 6pm 

Please make sure to bring your valid I.D. upon arrival. No orders will be released if your I.D. is not present. 


Pick-Up Policy:

If ordered after 8am (Monday through Friday), orders will be processed for next day pickup. 

Due to our accounting department being closed on the weekend, orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. 

Once you have placed your order you’ll have 15 days to pick up. If not picked up during this time orders will be charged a 15% restocking fee and you will only receive store credit for that order. No exceptions.

Online prices are only valid for online purchases and cannot be applied in-store.


Returns & Exchange Policy

Refunds and Store Credits will not be processed at our Downtown Locations. 


You may DROP OFF your Return/Refund order at our 2 Downtown Los Angeles locations. Our website team will contact you within 4-7 business days to process and update you on your return/refund.


In-store same style size exchange may be processed if shoes are in stock.

*Items eligible for Returns & Exchanges must be in new, unworn, unwashed conditions. Items must be returned or exchanged in the original packaging and all item tags must be attached. Eligible returns or exchanges will be issued a refund for purchased price only, all associated shipping costs are non-refundable.
